Breed Restrictions
Certain aggressive breeds and mixes are not accepted, including but not limited to Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull breeds, Cane Corso, and Mastiff breeds.
Other Animals
Animals other than cats or dogs must remain in an appropriate cage or tank. Aquarium tanks larger than 50 gallons, non-domestic animals, venomous animals, and exotic pets are not allowed.
Assistance Animals
Service and assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable fair housing and disability laws and are not treated as pets for fee or restriction purposes.
